Dawson Ranch
Ten sections of residential development on two hundred acres of land was bifurcated by a high-pressure gas transmission line. Through the vision of the developer and Bandas Engineering, a linear park was developed with over a mile of hike and bike trail as the focal point of the neighborhood.
St. Luke's Catholic Church
Founded in 1965, by 2015 the campus needed renovation to be ADA compliant. Bandas Engineering performed the engineering topo survey and assisted in designing the narthex, the porte cochere, and created a new dropoff point and interconnecting walkways. A columbarium and perimeter fence was added.
Faith Impact Church
This project, built over the "Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone" in Georgetown, blended water quality ponds and preservation of old growth live oak groves to create an attractive and sustainable campus.
Holy Trinity Catholic High School
This high school, founded in 2007, realized its dream of a permanent campus in 2011. It consists of a classroom building, a gymnasium, and sports fields. In 2014 an F5 Above-ground Tornado Shelter was added.
